Fall 2023 Inclusive Leadership Institute Application

Powered by the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, the Inclusive Leadership Institute develops professionals into leaders equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to create inclusive workplaces and communities. Individuals interested in developing their awareness and understanding of issues of inclusion, diversity, and equity in the workplace are encouraged to apply. Requirements for Participation
- At least two years of work experience in your current workplace or five years of previous professional work experience
- Previous professional and/or volunteer leadership experience
- Willing and able to self-reflect and work with others and 3 & 6 month follow-ups
- Completion of Pre- & Post-survey
- Completion of Day-one, Day-two, and Day-three surveys
- Able to attend the virtual Institute in its entirety*
  - Wednesday, September 6th, 2023, 2023: 9 AM – 4:30 PM
  - Wednesday, September 20th, 2023: 9 AM – 4:30 PM
  - Wednesday, October 4th, 2023: 9 AM – 4:30 PM
**Participants can miss up to 3 hours of programming with advance notice or due to emergency.
Selection Process
- Submit the application and ONE letter of recommendation* by August 16th, 2023
- A committee will review all applications and select 30 candidates to participate
- Applicants will be notified of selections on a rolling basis begining Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023
*Recommendation letters may be written by a colleague, supervisor, co-worker, or mentor.

Scholarship Assistance

Limited scholarships are available to cover up to 50% of the cost for the Inclusive Leadership Institute. In order to qualify those seeking scholarship assistance must: • Not be sponsored by their employer, and/or • Work for a not-for-profit organization or public school
