Cashier’s Check or Money Order: Mail to P.O. Box 291, Salisbury, NC 28145-0291. Checks made payable to Salisbury-Rowan NAACP. In the memo space please write Juneteenth 2025.

All vendor applications including payment must be submitted by the closing date of this application.

I understand by entering into this agreement, I, the vendor, release Salisbury-Rowan NAACP, National NAACP, Juneteenth Committee, City of Salisbury, Salisbury Parks and Recreation Department and Bell Tower Green from any liability that may arise from my participation in the Juneteenth Festival Celebration.

All vendors must be set-up and ready for business by 11 a.m. on June 21. No vendor will be allowed to set-up after 11 a.m. on June 21. A detailed email will be sent with specific vendor setup information.

All food vendors must be fully set-up for inspection by Rowan County Department of Health with a time given closer to the event date.

Vendors agree to comply with all rules and regulations, statues of the City of Salisbury, Juneteenth Committee, and Rowan County Department of Health.
