Ordering your 13-digit EAN barcode
1. The cost of a barcode is R250 including VAT.
2. Complete the details below.
3. Insert your ISBN in the ISBN field provided.
4. Submit this form with proof of payment attached, or print out the completed form and email it to info@quickfox.co.za with your proof of payment.
5. The barcode will be sent to you via email within 1 working day from receipt of your proof of payment. You will receive an invoice for your records.
6. Companies requiring an invoice before making payment can attach a purchase order to this form or their email instead of the proof of payment.
Please double-check your email address to make sure that it’s correct.
Barcodes are generated from ISBN numbers.
If you still require an ISBN number, you can order one directly from the NLSA.
