    Live from the Rock Folk Festival 2023
    August 11-13, 2023

  • Please note that all approved Live from the Rock food vendors are required to use paper plates and cups only. No Styrofoam or plastic plates, containers, cups or cutlery will be permitted on the Festival site. We are also plastic water bottle free so plastic water, juice or pop bottles will not be allowed to be displayed or sold. If you want to pour water into cups to sell, it needs to come from a 5-gallon reusable container. The festival will not be making bottled water available to its performers and volunteers.
     
    Please complete the application in full, as all information is needed and submit no later than Friday, May 19, 2023. Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2023 Live from the Rock Folk Festival. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified if you are selected as an approved vendor no later than Monday May 29, 2023.

  • NOTE: Two 120 volt (20amps or 2400 Watt) electrical circuits are provided per site. There is a limit of 220-volt service available. Please select one of the following options:
     
    Yes, I would like an electrical site provided by Live from the Rock. Please list all electrical appliances and wattage you will need to plug in. If you have a self-contained system please let us know what you are running inside as we can still only supply 2400 watts/circuit. Please note that a personal trailer is not a self-contained system when you are running a variety of indoor and outdoor appliances. 

    First 120 volt/20amp/2400 Watt Circuit will contain:

    **The maximum wattage allowance per site is 4800 watts (2400/circuit). If more is wattage is needed, you will be required to rent a second site.  
     
    NOTE: You MUST supply your own S.O.W. rated cords only. S.O.W. cords are the only cords that are allowed in order to operate for the weekend - no exceptions.
     
    NOTE: You MUST have back up generation available in the event there is a power failure so that Health and Safety standards with regards to refrigeration can be maintained – no exceptions.

  • NOTE: If you wish to enjoy the festival away from your booth, you must purchase a weekend or day pass (if only attending for one day) to the festival. Without these passes, you are not permitted to be elsewhere on the festival grounds, except your vendor booth.

  • Please provide a list of your hours of operation if they are different than the festival hours. The campground opens Thursday at noon and the festival closing ceremony is at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

    Please note: Payment is due within 2 weeks of notification of acceptance as a vendor.
     
    Special Event Food Vendor Applications are due to the Health Unit at least 15 days prior to the event (no later than Wed. July 20/23) – it is each vendor’s responsibility to submit an application.
     
    **Priority will be given to returning vendors.
