B1Keeper Youth Summer Goalkeeper Camp in Libertyville from

July 31st to August 4th, 2023.

Camp for Younger group is from 8am to 1pm for all participants younger then 13 years.

The event will begin with check-in at 7:30am.
Camp for Older group is from 4pm to 9pm for all participants older then 13 years.

Check-in is at 3:30pm.

The camp will take place at

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my personal/child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by the b1keeper Academy during the selected sessions. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless the b1keeper Academy and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected training sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the b1keeper Academy, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including soccer. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
