This Credit Repair Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between {name} ("Client") and Credit Nerd LLC ("Credit Repair Company").
Services to be provided. Credit Repair Company agrees to provide credit repair services to Client for the purpose of improving Client's credit score and credit profile. Credit Repair Company shall use its best efforts to perform the services agreed upon, which may include disputing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on Client's credit reports, and providing advice and guidance on how to improve Client's credit standing.
Payment. Client agrees to pay Credit Repair Company a deposit of $150 upon execution of this Agreement, and then $70 per month for a minimum of 6 months. Payment shall be made by {name}. If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, all services will be canceled until payment can be processed.
Cancellation Policy. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time upon written notice to Credit Repair Company. Such notice shall be sent via email to chaunnique@chaunniqueazuri.com. Client will be responsible for any amounts due and owing under this Agreement up to the date of cancellation.
Term. This Agreement shall begin on {date} and shall continue for a minimum of 6 months, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of the parties or for breach of this Agreement.
Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, Client shall remain liable for any amounts due and owing under this Agreement.
Representations and warranties. Credit Repair Company represents and warrants that it will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Client represents and warrants that all information provided to Credit Repair Company is accurate and complete.
You will maintain credit monitoring services through Smart Credit.com, for the additioanl cost of $19.99 per month.
Limitation of liability. Credit Repair Company shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided hereunder.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
Governing law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
