Important Event Information:
Event begins at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 20th, 2024, and ends at 3pm on Saturday, July 20th, 2024. Booth setup begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, July 20th, 2024. Booths must be completed no later than 9:45am Saturday morning. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths as well as with making sure their area is cleaned up. Each vendor is responsible for their own trash. Each vendor must makes sure their canopys are weighted down. Food vendors must bring their own portable trash cans. A map of the park layout will be provided for you with your spot location a few days before the event. All vendors must pay with application and make sure to complete any additional steps given by event promoters.
