FULL DAY SHADOW EXPERIENCE (Most Completed Experience)

Spend a full working day with me inside Studio Kolossal and get an inside look at the systems, techniques, and mindset behind my approach to barbering.

You'll observe real client appointments from consultation to final result while learning how I approach both the craft and business behind a premium grooming experience.

Throughout the day, we'll cover areas such as:

• Client consultation & preparation

• Haircut and grooming techniques

• Product selection & application

• Service timing & workflow

• Creating a premium client experience

• Client retention & relationship building

• Pricing & service positioning

• Content creation & marketing

• Branding & social media

• Business systems & career growth

We'll also dedicate time to discussing your individual goals and career direction, including actionable steps you can take toward your next level.

Lunch is included, along with a curated Kolossal gift bag featuring some of the essentials I use behind the chair.

This is an observational shadow experience, and questions are encouraged throughout the day.

HALF DAY SHADOW EXPERIENCE

Spend approximately 3–4 hours inside Studio Kolossal observing real client services and learning the systems behind my workflow.

Throughout the experience, I'll provide insight and explanations on areas such as:

• Product usage

• Service efficiency & time management

• Premium client experience

• Pricing & business

• Branding, marketing & content

• Career development

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your own career and goals.

This experience is ideal for barbers who want an inside look at the Studio Kolossal system without committing to a full-day experience.

KOLOSSAL 1:1 HANDS-ON TRAINING

A private technical training experience built around your current skill level and the areas you want to improve most.

Unlike a shadow session, this experience puts the tools in your hands.

You will perform the service on your model while I provide real-time instruction, corrections, demonstrations when needed, and personalized feedback throughout the process.

Training can be customized around areas such as:

• Consultation & service preparation

• Hair and scalp preparation

• Fade placement & blending

• Detail work

• Lineups & finishing

• Beard sculpting

• Enhancements & natural application

• Product selection

• Styling & finishing

• Service flow & efficiency

• Creating a premium finished result

The goal is for you to leave understanding not only what to do, but why you're doing it so you can confidently apply what you've learned to your own clients.

Student is responsible for providing an appropriate model.

1HR PRIVATE VIDEO CONSULTATION

A private 60-minute conversation focused entirely on you, your career, and your questions.

This is your opportunity to pick my brain and receive personalized guidance based on where you currently are and where you're trying to go.

Topics can include:

• Barbering & service development

• Pricing your services

• Creating a premium client experience

• Client retention

• Building your clientele

• Business growth

• Branding & positioning

• Social media & content creation

• Entering or relocating to a new market

• Career direction & goal setting

This is your hour. We'll focus on the areas where you need the most clarity and leave you with actionable direction moving forward.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all in-person Kolossal Education experiences. Can be sent via Apple Pay or Zelle.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted regarding available dates. Your session is not confirmed until your date has been approved and your $250 deposit has been received.

The deposit is applied toward the total investment of your session.

The remaining balance must be paid before your scheduled session begins.

Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule.

Your deposit may be transferred one time to an approved rescheduled date when proper notice is provided.

Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your $250 deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure another date.

Travel & Models
Students are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and transportation.

Students booking the 1:1 Hands-On Training are also responsible for providing an appropriate model unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
