As a condition of participation in the STLA Western Weekend World Qualifying and Youth Shows, the South Texas Longhorn Association (STLA) and the John L. Kuykendall Event Center, Llano, Texas, their officers, employees, members, agents and representatives are hereby released from all claims, demands, or cause of actions of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether now existing or hereafter accrue, on account of any damage, cost of expense as a result of any bodily injury or any injury, loss or damage to any persons, or as a result of the interpretation or enforcement of the STLA, TLBAA and the John L. Kuykendall Event Center, Llano, Texas, Constitution, Bylaws, Rules or Regulations and the risk of such damage, cost or expenses which may occur by reason of foregoing is hereby assumed and accepted.
This waiver is binding on the undersigned as well as all other person(s) associated with the participation of person(s) or animal(s) described herein in this event, and the undersigned indemnifies the TLBAA, the STLA and the John L. Kuykendall Event Center, Llano Texas, from all claims, demands or causes of action based on any of the foregoing.
