LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that the Yoga teachers leading this course and other speakers or teachers leading at the YogaWell Conference are not serving as physicans or clinicians, and therefore, cannot treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, illness or injury. In all cases, Yoga Teacher's-In-Training and Conference Participants should join any Yoga, Pilates, or Meditation sessions/workshops/classes with approval from a trusted medical professional and should always follow their doctor’s advice. In addition, Yoga Teacher's-In-Training and Conference Participants should always be mindful of their own limitiations and modify or avoid any movements that might cause pain or injury. Yoga Teacher's-In-Training and Conference Participants take full responsibility for their own health and any illness or injury that may occur while participating in the retreat and any/all online course offerings. Yoga Teacher's-In-Training and Conference Participants will not hold YogaWell, Pointe of Grace Project, Yoga instructors, worship leaders, speakers, or any employers or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during a workshop, worship service, class, or practice.*

TUITION POLICY: Tution balances paid are 100% refundable (less a $100 administrative fee) for 96 hours from the time of payment. Beyond that date, all fees are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable to complete the course within the certification deadline, a one time credit of the balance paid (less a $595 course change fee) can be applied towards any future Pointe of Grace Yoga Institute Courses within 24 months of registration. No exceptions.*
