Thank you for your interest in booking in with us. This form is a request specifically for vacate/bond back, and presale/entrance cleaning. This is only an estimate based on information provided. All formal quotes will be given after an in person inspection or arrangement of photos provided of home prior to booking of cleaning. Any information not selected or included in the form will not be covered unless advised and agreed upon commencing cleaning. Should a call back be required, we will only cover the areas agreed upon in the quote. We are not liable for moving/lifting furniture or any remaining items in the home, nor are we liable for removing items from walls such as sticky tape, hooks and 3M hangers/attachments.

Thank you for filling in our intake eform for Vacate/Pre-sale Cleaning. This form is only an estimate. A formal quote will be provided after an in-home viewing or photos of each room provided to confirm all details. All the information is only for The Cleaning Fairies Pty Ltd, ATDC Cleaning Services, MK Ecorefresh, Fairy Tayla's Cleaning Gaia Clean and Scrub'a'dub Elite will not be shared with third parties. To secure your booking, a $50 deposit must be given prior to service date. Once payment is received, we will confirm booking. Our terms and conditions form must be filled out prior to service also.
