Bodily Charm Tattoo guarantees that we will never give, sell or share your information to ANY third parties who may wish to use if for their own purposes. In compliance with Data Protection Regulations, we will only communicate with you if you have given us express permission to do so or if we have a legitimate business reason. Once we have received your information, we will protect it using our standard procedures and security features aimed at preventing unauthorized access. We further guarantee that we will not share any photos you send to us for tattoo inquiry purposes with anyone other than the artist and that any photos we take of your finished tattoo will not be published online for our portfolios without your express consent.

Please note: According to the NYS Penal Code 260.21, you MUST BE OVER 18 years old to be tattooed, and you will need to prove it with a PHOTO ID (Driver's License, Passport, etc)! Thank you for your cooperation.

Please take a clear, good quality picture of the are on your body that you would like to get tattooed. This is VERY IMPORTANT to us, so we can see if there are any scars / other tattoos / freckles / moles / etc involved, which could affect the aesthetic of your tattoo, so the artist can work around them when drawing up your stencil. (Please refer to our privacy policy above.)

Let us know what days and times are best for you. Our business hours are Tuesday through Saturday 2pm-8pm and all of our artists make their own schedules within those hours.*

As soon as we receive your submission, one of our artists will contact you to schedule an appointment or a consultation, if one is necessary. Please be advised that there is a booking fee required for all appointments that comes off the cost of the tattoo, is not refundable and is subject to our deposit policy (which can be found on our website at http://www.bodilycharm.com/deposit-policy.html) and can be paid in person or by phone during business hours or online via Paypal or Venmo.
