Please note:  This retreat is providing information and education in food and holistic living with topics and teachers associated with Real Time Wisdom, LLC and The Food Healing Oracle Deck®.  The instructors are not physicians and cannot diagnose health concerns.

INCLUDES:

Seven (7) nights accommodation. The eco-retreat center offers simple rooms with ensuite bathrooms.

All rooms have been constructed sustainably and in harmony with nature. They have ceiling fans, but no A/C. 

Wifi is available throughout the property.

Vegetarian meals at the retreat center (there will be eggs and cheese).

PAYMENT PROCESS:

1. To reserve your spot, 50% of the registration fee is required by cash, zelle (239 785 0809) or venmo ( @lainie-wulkan). You may also pay by credit card. You will receive a click n pay invoice.

2.  The remaining 50% is due by June 30th, 2024.

4. You may also send a check or money order made out to Real Time Wisdom, LLC - 14900 Stringfellow Road, Bokeelia, FL 33922.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable. Real Time Wisdom, LLC has held your spot from your committment and we are contracted with OKREBLUE. We are counting on you. Each person makes a difference for all of us to go to this retreat.

Please consider the Global Rescue trip insurance to protect your trip costs.

I have read the full terms and conditions during the purchase of my event ticket.

I understand I am participating in a Retreat/event/training offered at Okreblue by Real Time Wisdom, LLC dba CIFT and Nourish Your Soul Retreats.

I understand that all questions about the event, the nature of the event, payment procedures, travel information to and from Greece and any other matters arising must be directed to sevante@ciftofficial.com

I understand I must have medical and travel insurance and by accepting Terms and Conditions I am affirmatively stating I have necessary coverage.

I understand I may be swimming in the ocean,  I recognize that these activities require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Retreat and any overseas travel precautions.

I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions (including mental health) that would prevent my full participation.

I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take the necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating in this Retreat. I assert that I am of fit health to participate in the Retreat and will alert all teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any travel and any or all activities done at the Retreat, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided at CIFT or Okreblue Eco Yoga Retreat Centre.

I, the traveler, declare and state that it is my personal decision to travel, and I am doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19.Ultimately it is my responsibility to understand and abide by all requirements and restrictions when traveling. This may include the following: compulsory health and travel insurance, health affidavit forms; health screenings prior to departure and/or upon arrival; temperature screenings prior to departure and/or upon arrival; travel reason affidavit forms; online travel authorizations; airline safety and health requirements, such as health forms, screenings; in-country requirements, such as periodic temperature checks, compulsory use of face coverings, mouth coverings, face shields, obligatory hand-washing, footwear disinfection, sanitation of hands, quarantine, physical distancing, visas. Failure to meet the requirements and/or restrictions puts me, the traveler, at risk for fines, quarantine or deportation at my expense.

For destination information specific to COVID-19, we recommend visiting IATA’s COVID-tracking site:

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Lainie Sevante Wulkan, CIFT, Real Time Wisdom, Nourish Your Soul Retreat any and all Retreat Hosts, facilitators and/or LLC, and staff for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat. I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Lainie Sevante Wulkan, CIFT, Real Time Wisdom LLC for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

I give permission to Lainie Sevante Wulkan and Nourish Your Soul Retreats to photograph and video me and use such photograph(s) and video(s) in all forms of media, in perpetuity, worldwide. I consent to the use of my name in connection with the photograph(s) and video(s).

I understand that I will not receive any payment for my time or expenses or any royalty for the publication of photograph(s) or video(s) or the use of my name and I hereby release Real Time Wisdom, LLC or any parties including any contractors designated by the Company from any such claims.

I acknowledge that all payments made to Lainie Sevante Wulkan and/or Real Time Wisdom, LLC are non-refundable and I understand insurance is strongly recommended in order to protect my investment.

I understand this insurance must be purchased within 20 days of purchasing travel. If I choose not to purchase travel insurance from Global Rescue I will purchase a comparable cancel for any reason insurance policy of my choice to protect my investment. 

I understand that chargebacks are not an acceptable way to cancel my ticket and will be contested. I also understand that a default of payment on my purchase is not an acceptable.
