We are excited to share with your museum a valuable learning opportunity this fall! McKinsey & Company’s Connected Leaders Academy (CLA) offers three free capacity-building journeys—Leadership Essentials, Management Accelerator, and Executive Leadership—relevant to Asian, Black, and Hispanic and Latino colleagues. Museum participants will also receive additional resources and support from AAM throughout the McKinsey & Company program, including "fireside chats" with leaders in the museum field.
Participating museums will also be asked to identify a Program Champion at the museum to serve as point of contact and support between participants at the museum and McKinsey & Company's program.
