GVSU - Traditional Overnight 3-Day Camp Pricing

Important Information Regarding Traditional Overnight Camp Registration:

CAMP DEPOSIT: A $500 per team non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is due at time of camp registration. Camp deposit will be applied to your final camp balance. If paying via credit card there will be a processing fee added to your invoice.

FINAL CAMP PAYMENT: Full payment is due 15 days before your scheduled camp date. To attend the Grand Valley State University Traditional Overnight Camp, full payment must be made by Thursday July 9, 2026.

FINAL TEAM INFORMATION: Final team information is due 30 days prior to the start of camp. Core Athletics will provide forms to the primary contact email address associated with this registration to submit final team information after registration. To attend the Grand Valley State University Traditional Overnight Camp, final team information must be submitted by Wednesday June 24, 2026.

Team information includes:
- Final Roster/Final Headcount
- Rooming List & Dietary Needs
- Optional Day One Lunch Selection
- E-Waivers
INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: Upon registering for camp, you will receive a copy of Core Athletics's Insurance Certificate to provide to your school.

CANCELLATION NOTICE*:
- If you cancel your camp reservation 15 days or less before the start of your scheduled camp date(s), you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1,000.
- To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice via email to camps@coreathletics.net at least 16 days prior to your camp date. Your camp deposit will not be refunded and is non-transferable to any other Core Athletics service.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before the scheduled start date of your camp, there will be no refund.

Traditional Overnight Camp Registration - Team Preferences

Traditional Overnight 3-Day Camp at Grand Valley: 07/24/26 - 07/26/26
Optional Lunch: On day one (07/24/26) check-in will begin at 10:00am-11:00am and camp will start at 12:30pm. Teams have the option to eat lunch provided by GVSU in the dining hall from 11:00am-12:00pm.

If you would like to have lunch provided to your team, an additional per person fee will be applied to your final camp balance.

If you are interested in this option, the total number of people eating lunch on day one will need to be finalized 30 days before the camp starts.
