Terms and Conditions
* I understand that I will be charged for a minimum of 10 kids in a 1.5hr party or 8 kids in a 2hr party, even if less kids show up and participate. *I understand that the final number of kids estimated to Honest Art, at least 2 business days in advance of the event, will be charged, whether they show up and participate or not. If additional kids show up and/or participate, I agree to pay the same per child rate for each additional child. *The party balance will be due at the end of my party. I can pay by credit card (plus a 4% fee) or I can avoid the fee by paying by cash, check or Zelle transfer. * I agree to pay for all goodies bags that are prepared for the party based on my final estimate, provided at least 2 business days in advance of the event. *I understand that a Party Coordinator will contact me 3 weeks prior to the event to plan all of the details of my event. If I want to plan my event prior to the 3 week mark, I understand that I can call Honest Art at any time, but it may take up to one week to schedule my call. *I agree that if I need to cancel my party prior to 4 weeks out, I will get a cash refund of my deposit, minus only the CC processing fee (if applicable). If I cancel within the 4 week window, I agree to forfeit the entire deposit. *If I need to reschedule my event at any point, up to and including the day of the event, I understand that I can reschedule my event at no cost, as long as the new party is scheduled within 3 months of the original date.
