  • Work out of apparel for the girls consists of a clean and neat gymnastics leotard. Boys should wear a clean t-shirt and shorts. No jewelry should be worn to the gym, as this constitutes a safety hazard. Girls with long hair must wear it tied back in a ponytail or braids for safety and convenience. No gum or candy is allowed in the gym area.Gymnasts should arrive at the gym 5 minutes before the class begins, however, please avoid arriving too early as this represents a supervision problem for the coach and management. Gymnasts are not allowed on the equipment before their class begins, or after their class ends. Students are also expected to leave the workout area immediately after class, and should be picked up within 5 minutes of class dismissal. Gymnasts Are expected to observe the rules of safety, self-control, courtesy, and self-discipline at all times. I DO NOT give cash refunds. I Require a minimum of two weeks notice if your child is dropping from my program.CANCELING AND REARRANGING CLASSESIt may be necessary during the year to cancel Or rearrange a class schedule. In certain cases, it may be necessary to schedule a class for a different day or time, but this will only be as a last resort. Should attendance in a class drop to less than 4 students, I reserve the right to cancel a class for lack of attendance or convience.Children NOT Participating must be responsibly supervised and seated in the viewing area. Parents, visitors, and their children are not allowed on the main floor or on the equipment. We would like to encourage friends and visitors to observe classes on the first lesson of each month. Classes are much easier to teach when parents are not always in attendance. The gym is quieter, allowing for greater concentration and learning.
