• Pixie’s Dancing Paws and Pals Vendor Application

    Vendors are responsible for the set-up (9:30am) and clean-up (3:00pm) of their booth. Vendors will not be able to move their locations once they are assigned. The vendor market will be located outside in the Parking lot of the new location for K-9’s on the Move at 1001 S. Berkeley Ave. Turlock. Vendors will be responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Please do not break down before the closings time of the event. This event is Rain or Shine - if it rains the event will be held inside and booth spaces will be 6 foot tables. $25 payment is due along with the application. Please make checks payable to the Pixie’s Dancing Paws and Pals (mail to 1001 S. Berkeley Ave Turlock 95380), Venmo @pixiesdancingpaws or Credit Card Payments (below). We will not accept competing vendors so get your application in ASAP. 

  • Release of liability

    The applicant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Pixie’s Dancing Paws and Pals and volunteers for any and all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, and expenses to property and personal injury arising from or out of the installation, set-up, operation, dismantling, and/or removal of materials if caused in whole or in part by the act or omission of the vendor, its agents, contractors or employees. * I have read all of the guidelines and agree to abide by the rules set forth by Pixie’s Dancing Paws and Pals. I realize failure to do so may result in my not being included in future events.

  • Liability Insurance is not required, it is strongly recommended to protect you and your business. 

    If you do not have Liability Insurance, you can contact Jeanette Forni from Allstate Insurance for a quote at 209-667-2222.It is roughly $100 to $200 a year for Business Liability Insurance.
