About the Event

Waverly Welcomes Spring 2023!

32nd Street Farmers Market is proud to host the Annual event
on Saturday, April 15th from 7am to Noon,
Rain, Snow or Shine!
(We all know which one we are hoping for!)

We'll be featuring a variety of local guest vendors, great food, and more.

 All applications must be submitted for review
by April 8th, 2023.

Vendors who apply late will be placed on the backup list.

 

Booth Details

10x10 spaces will be available (location to be announced).
The fee is $50 for the event and is refundable only for emergencies.
Vendor location will be assigned
after acceptance and payment in full.

Each space can accomodate a canopy and (1 or 2) 6' tables.
(Both of which are available to rent for $10 for the day)

Market Rules

• Setup Time:  Vendors can set up as early as 5:30am and no later than 6:45am.
• Parking:  Off-site: no vendors are allowed to park in customer lot after 7am, even seasonal ones.
• Currency:  Customers enjoy a variety of payment options at our market and we offer a token system for customers low on cash. As such, guest vendors are also expected to accept the $5 tokens in exchange for a check the following week. Details will follow with acceptance letter.
• No Call/No Show:  As this behavior affects the fluid operation of the market, vendors not calling out at least 24 hours before the event will likely not be invited back.
• No Smoking, Amplified Music, Offensive Language (Use Common Sense, please.)
