The purpose of this form is to enable Charity Retail Ireland to gather information on all aspects of suspected bogus charity activities. This can be shops that are not run directly by a registered charity (contrary to the Charities Act 2009) or operators deceiving the general public with collection bags or stickers that look like they are from a genuine charity.
