Assistance: Cats don't tend to sit still and move a lot during grooming. Since I need two hands to safely groom, I will require someone over 18 to help hold your kitty for the grooming.

All new clients will be required to provide a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This fee is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled with greater than 48 hours notice. If cancelled with 24-48 hours notice, half this fee will be refunded. If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, this fee is non-refundable.
