The Sherburne County Area United Way accepts grant applications from local programs. In 2023 this is transitioning to a two year grant cycle, happening every other year. This process is led by the volunteers on our Community Impact Committee and Board of Directors. However, they can't do it alone - we need your help.
We are seeking volunteers committed to United Way's goal of improving Health, Education, and Financial Stability in the Sherburne County Area to serve as Grant Review volunteers! This is one of our most critical volunteer roles. Volunteers read/review grant requests, and conduct site visits. You will provide guidance to United Way regarding each program's strengths, challenges, and measurable outcomes.
Persons interested in volunteering must commit to attending our Community Investment day on April 21, 2023, from 8:00am - 1:00pm.
