MISSION STATEMENT
Heritage Christian Schools exists to inspire servant leaders through an exceptional Christ-centered education.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. WE BELIEVE the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (2 Tim. 3:16, 2 Peter 1:20-21)
2. WE BELIEVE there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Revelation 22:13, Isaiah 40:28, John 1:1, 2 Cor. 13:14, Matt. 28:19)
3. WE BELIEVE in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Colossians 2:9, Matthew 1:23, 2 Cor. 5:21, 1 Peter 2:4, Hebrews 9:24, Hebrews 9:28)
4. WE BELIEVE that man is sinful by nature and that salvation is found only in Jesus Christ. (Ecc. 7:20, Rom. 3:23, Rom. 6:23, Ephesians 1:7, John 14:6, Rom. 5:10-11)
5. WE BELIEVE in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved unto life, and those who are lost unto damnation. (Phil. 3:20-21, John 5:28-29, 1 Thess. 4:13-18, Rev. 20:11-15)
6. WE BELIEVE in the regenerative and continuing ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a Godly life. (Titus 3:5-6, Rom. 8:9, John 14:26)

I authorize Heritage Christian Schools to thoroughly intervew the primary references which I have listed, any secondary references mentioned through interviews with my primary references, or other individuals who know me and have knowledge regarding my testimony and work record. I also authorize the school to thoroughly investigate my work records and evaluations, my educational preparation, and other matters related to my suitability for the position.

Since I will be working with children I understand that I must submit to a fingerprint check by federal and state authorities. I agree fully to cooperate in providing and recording as many sets of my fingerprints as necessary for such an investigation. I authorize the school to conduct a criminal records check. I understand and agree that any offer of employment that I may recieve from the school is conditioned upon the reciept of background information, including criminal background information. The school may refuse employment or terminate conditional employment if the school deems any background information unfavorable or taht it could reflect adversely on the school, or on me as a Christian role model.
