3 Scholarships, 1 Application
Completion scholarships help the College of Arts and Sciences support undergraduate students who, due to unexpected or exceptional circumstances, need additional financial assistance to complete their final graduation requirements.
By submitting this single application, you will be considered for funding through one or more of the following scholarships:
- Cross the Finish Line Scholarship
- Gordon & Ann Moshman Scholarship
- Mildred Taylor Meyer Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, students must meet all of the following criteria:
- Pursuing your first bachelor’s degree
- Currently enrolled as a degree-seeking undergraduate student (BA or BS) in the College of Arts & Sciences
- Have earned at least 75 credit hours prior to the semester in which the scholarship would be applied
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
Preference may be given to students who:
- Have completed 90+ credit hours
- Have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or earlier
- Have completed at least two full-time semesters at UNO
- Are first-generation college students
- Are a parent of a minor child or children
You do not need to have a current FAFSA on file to apply, and students who are ineligible for federal financial aid can still qualify. However, a current FAFSA can help strengthen your application by demonstrating financial need.
Please note: All awards must be reviewed by the Office of Financial Support and Scholarships to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Even if you meet eligibility criteria, we may not be able to offer funding if you are not permitted to receive additional aid based on that review.
Awards
- Most awards range between $1,000–$3,500
Funds are limited and not all applicants will receive funding
Deadlines
- Fall 2025 Deadline: **STILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!!! FUNDS STILL AVAILABLE!**
- Spring 2026 Deadline: Sunday, November 30, 2025
Deadlines may be extended if funding permits.
