It’s important to us to know you and your skills so we can take full advantage of the gifts that God has given you. We plan our projects around YOU! Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form so we can better plan your service project.

5ROCK RANCH CODE OF CONDUCT

5Rock Ranch is a Christian ministry. It is our goal that everyone who comes to the ranch can have a great experience and not have distractions with worldly influences. We desire an atmosphere where parents can bring their children and be confident that the Lord is the center. In order to do this, we all choose to live by a strict code of conduct at the ranch. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us with our mission.
I understand that I must follow all 5Rock Ranch rules and guidelines.

I understand that 5Rock Ranch is a tobacco (including vaping), drug, alcohol, and weapon free facility,andI will not possess any of these items during my stay at the ranch.

I understand that I will not share medications with others at 5Rock Ranch, even aspirin and over the counter drugs.

I will use language that is appropriate and not offensive to others and will respect those around me.

I will dress modestly, realizing that this is a family atmosphere.

I will supervise my minor children at all times and never leave them at the ranch without me being present.

I understand that there is a 3 person rule if 5Rock Residents are involved. That simply means that if it is mixed gender, there needs to be 3 people so it’s not one on one of the opposite gender.

I understand that I may not be in any resident rooms or ask any 5Rock resident into my room unless I have been specifically assigned to a task that deems it necessary.

I understand that I could be asked to leave the ranch immediately if I violate any of the above 5Rock

I understand that I may not bring any pets with me to the ranch without prior written approval.

I understand that there is no cell coverage at the ranch and I may not have access to the internet during my stay.

I understand I may not be in food service areas unless that is my assigned task (behind the bar & in the kitchen).

I understand that there might be activities or homeschooling happening at the ranch and my access to some areas of the facility may be limited.

I understand that the pond and horse stables do not belong to 5Rock Ranch and I won’t visit those areas.

I understand that 5Rock does not provide meals unless it’s previously arranged before my visit.

I understand that there is a telephone that I can use at the lodge during business hours in the hallway by the restrooms. If it’s not available I will ask a 5Rock Resident to help get to a phone.

I understand that if there is a ranch wide emergency, I must go to the nearest safe haven so I can be accounted for. The preferred safe haven is on Flying M Road in front of the stables. If it’s impossible or dangerous to make it to the stable safe haven, I will go to Old Horse Camp. I will look at the map on the wall by the hospitality desk when I arrive so I am familiar with the safe haven locations.

I understand that I need to turn the heat off in my room when I leave.

I understand that I need to empty the trash and remove all food from my room when I leave. The trash can be taken to the wooden bins on both ends of the bunkhouse.

I understand that if the power goes out in the night that we will do our best to have the generator on early enough in the morning for you to be able to get ready for the day.

I understand that quiet time is 10pm at the bunkhouse.

I understand that if I have an emergency in the night I can knock on bunkhouse room #9’s door to use a phone. If no one is in room #9, please go to the director’s cabin #1.
