Pet Portrait Request Form

This request form is for my 5x7” and 8x10” pet portrait paintings! This form is for pet portraits with a plain, solid color background. If you’re interested in a more intricate background, please either email me at rookmaven@gmail.com or fill out a commission request form.
I offer two sizes: 5x7" and 8x10".
If you're interested in a different size, please let me know!

I offer head and neck portraits as well as full body portraits.

The amount of pets you can fit into one painting depends on the size. For 5x7" portraits, I can only fit two head/neck pets. For 8x10", I can fit up to three head/neck pets or up to two full body pets. If you have more pets that you want to include in one painting, let me know!

I provide framing and matting services!
These services are extra and do sometimes require more expensive shipping!
