PAYMENT
Deposit Policy:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required within 24 hours of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
If the deposit is not received within the 24-hour window, your appointment will not be reserved and may be booked by another client.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy:
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time.
- If canceled or rescheduled within the 72-hour window, the non-refundable deposit already paid will be applied to a future appointment.
- The client has 30 days from the original appointment date to use the deposit toward a new appointment.
- If the client does not book and attend an appointment within those 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If the client needs to reschedule or cancel again after rebooking, the deposit will also be forfeited.
- Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- Forfeiting your deposit means a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
