  • Dear Families,

    Welcome to ACG School Jakarta's fourth summer programme. We are happy that you've considered our school for your child's education.

    The information below will assist you in completing the registration for our Summer Programme.

    PROGRAMME OPTIONS:

    • 1-week programme (19 - 25 June) or (26 June - 2 July) from 08.20 am to 02.45 pm
    • 2-week programme (19 June - 2 July) from 08.20 am to 02.45 pm

    REGISTRATION:

    The Summer Programme registration will be managed through an online system. This enables us to provide you with all the information you will need to register your son/daughter for activities. However, if you do encounter any difficulties registering, please contact Mr Lucky (Lucky.Andreadi@acgedu.com).

    Please note the following:

    • Registration will open on Wednesday, 22 May, at 9.00 am and will be available until Friday, 14 June 2024, at 6.00 pm. More detailed information is below.
    • Please note that popular activities tend to fill up quickly. As such, it is suggested that you register as soon as possible for activities you are interested in.
    • Please ensure that you register your son/daughter for the appropriate year level, as some activities are specific to certain Year Levels.
    • Please enter information carefully - especially email addresses. Incorrect information entered on the registration form will result in incomplete registrations.

    CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

    • A confirmation email will be sent two days after your registration (three days if you register on the weekend) at the latest.
    • This will confirm your son/daughter's registration. In this confirmation email, there will be information provided about fees and payment instructions.
    • The confirmation and invoice email means that parents are no longer able to change or cancel the registration.
    • Any parent who has registered and has not received a confirmation email should contact Mr Lucky (Lucky.Andreadi@acgedu.com) for more information.

    PAYMENT:

    • Parents will be given three days time to complete the payment.
    • The email confirmation of the activity will serve as an invoice.
    • All fees are non-refundable unless the programme is cancelled by the school.


    REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:

    • Any payment that has not been paid by the deadline will result in a cancellation of registration.
    • Activities with less than a minimum number (5 participants) of registered participants will be cancelled.


    CANCELLATION OF Summer Programme:

    • Parents will be notified by email of any cancellation of activity during a session.
    • Phone notification will only be given if the cancellation is less than an hour prior to the activity starting time.


    REGISTRATION TIMELINE:

    • Registration opens for ACG Parents and for NON-ACG parents on 22 May 2024
    • Registration closes for all on 14 June 2023

    OFFERING:

    • If registration and payment for the 2-week program are completed by 7 June, 2024, ACG School Jakarta students will be eligible for a 7% discount, while non-ACG School Jakarta parents will receive a 5% discount.
    • A 5% sibling discount is applicable to the registration of second and subsequent children for a 2-week program.
    • The discount cannot be accumulated, and only one type of discount can be applied from several available methods of discount.

                                            PACKAGE 1 - ONE WEEK : Swimming for Beginner, English Club, Engineering for KidsDuring this one week time, our goal is to help children develop their motor skills with the interaction to the aquatic environment and basic skills of swimming. First few sessions will be just partial to being fully submerged and learning to do front and back floats. By the end of this level, Student will be able to float and move unassisted in the water using front and back kicks in the streamline mode and learn more about the front movement and back movement of the arms. Later, the activity will be continued with English Class with Student Centered, Task-Based Approach and Communicative methods. We use a range of Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Practice Tests for evaluating student progress. The last class of the day, we have Engineering Class that offers suite of programs of over 500 hundreds of theme-based classes that are targeted at STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Snack & Lunch included.
