I, the business owner listed below agree to the product placement/sponsorship marked in the square next to the options above that I have selected. T.E.G. will need your products picked up/dropped off or your location confrmed in seven
days before fllming.
T.E.G. will be responsible for your product/location if lease or rented products or location has any damages that occur during flming and we will make the necessary arrangements to replace or restore product or property damaged.

The filming dates are between April 25, 2023 -July 3, 2023, T.E.G. will give a 14 day notice when the actual film date begins and ends once we have all of our up to date information given to us on the actual official film production start date.
