Payment
Upon approval of commission request, a confirmation email will be sent with the rate. If a full agreement is reached, an invoice will follow. Full payment or 50% must be made before starting the commission, with the remaining amount due upon completion.
- Customers must pay the upfront payment within 24 hours after placing an order.
- If the upfront payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
- If the customer wishes to place a new order after the previous one has been canceled due to non-payment, they will need to submit a new order and make the upfront payment within the specified timeframe
Work Process
The first preview will be sent to the client 2-3 days after the commission agreement is made. The client can request changes but cannot request a new concept. A new concept will require a new commission. A total of 3 revisions are allowed during the work process, and additional revisions will require an extra fee.
Commission Description
The client must provide a detailed description of their commission.
Public Use
The client has exclusive rights to the artwork and may display it on any social platform as long as it mentions @cyberdreamss or www.cyberdreams.art.
Refunds
Due to the customized nature of digital art commissions, I operate with a strict no refund policy. Once the commission agreement is made and the payment is received, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. However, I will work closely with you throughout the commission process to ensure that you are satisfied with the final artwork.
Files Storage
Upon completion of the commissioned artwork, final files be stored for a limited time. Clients are advised to promptly download and store the files upon receipt, as the artist does not guarantee long-term storage.
