This agreement is to signify that both parties (Client and Freelancer) agree to the terms of this contract and working relationship. The freelancer agrees to complete all tasks to the clients specifications (within the scope of her abilities and time allotted per month) and the client agrees to pay the invoices on time and in full. Invoices are sent on the 22nd of each month and are due by the 1st of the following month. (Ie. January work is completed and invoice is sent on January 22, due on February 1). If the client needs additional time to pay, a 1% fee will be applied per day late to the remaining balance. (Ie. if you owe $100 and are 5 days late paying, you will owe an additional $5). All invoices must be paid in full (including late fees) no later than 14 days from initial invoice.
Services
The Freelancer agrees to provide the following services (any single or combination of the following services): 1) Social Media Management 2) Website Maintenance 3) Content Creation 4) Other Small Business Tasks as discussed by the freelancer and client.
Compensation
The Freelancer has flexible fees for different services, so please refer to your original discussion for the fees on your individual account. Regardless, all invoices must be paid on time and in full. If a situation arises where you are expecting to be unable to pay your invoice, let the Freelancer know as soon as possible so work can be stopped or we can reduce the workload to a price range you are able to work with.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon 14 days written notice to the other party. Email or text message counts as written notice.
Confidentiality
The Freelancer agrees to keep confidential any confidential information disclosed by the Client in connection with the provision of the Services.
