9th Annual Autumn Open Air Market * Sept 21, 2024
Join us for a beautiful ending of Summer, and warm welcome to Autumn! It is our hope to gather a massive amount of locally skilled artisans, budding small businesses, antique collectors, and much more for guests to browse, shop, and enjoy.
2023 we added some features for the young guests who accompany their families - being well received, this will be expanded on yet again with the returning FREE carnival games with prizes and free pony rides, and now adding calf rides and horse drawn carriage rides around the scenic park.
*NEW* and once in a lifetime opportunity: the General Clinton Park will be hosting SKOOLIE SWARM (a group of campers, buses, vans, and more converted into Tiny Homes). We are very excited that the Swarm will be offering open tours of some of these incredible renovations on wheels. (Just the coolest Cruise-In ever!)
Because there will be more RV sites added to the park this year, and we have these awesome guests joining us, our space for growth is a bit limited - in that we may actually have to start turning vendors away if square footage no longer permits. That being said, there is a sense of urgency this year to get your registrations in - and get sent invoices paid up within their posted deadline.

Each individual person or business to be referred to as "vendor." Each registered vendor will be booking a "space" / Marketing fee to participate is required in the amount of $30 per person or business, per 13x13. Multiple tents/spaces require multiple fees.
WHAT DOES EACH MERCHANT GET FOR THEIR FEE?
1. space to sell your goods or promote your service
2. heavily marketed dates/times/locations for each market or event
3. sign up in advance to see your business / personal name appear on as much print marketing as possible
4. on-site support from Melissa & Ryan
5. discounted promotional goods and advertising opportunities
6. your business / personal name featured on our online directory for the season
7. endless Facebook exposure - Autumn Open Air Market (fb page) promotes participants before the market as well as live during markets; many of our vendors see sales roll in from their participation before and after our markets as a result
8. mentions on radio ads with our WCDO marketing, whenever possible
WHERE ARE MARKETS ADVERTISED? - We utilize the following methods: Sidney and Norwich Edition Pennysavers, WCDO Radio, Community Calendars for local news and radio, Craigslist, Facebook, Snapchat, our busy website, printed flyers, placemats, brochures and yard signs.
WHEN YOU FILE THIS FORM TO REQUEST AN INVOICE YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. * INCLUDING THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON VENDING SPACES OR AD SPACES, DUE TO FUNDS BEING USED IMMEDIATELY FOR MARKETING EXPENSES. ALL EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE UNLESS DANGEROUS WEATHER IS PREDICTED.
6zero7 Advertising Concepts is insured as an event planner for certifcates provided per venue (hosting location); however it is recommended that each business participating hold their own policy as neither 6zero7 Advertising Concepts nor the hosting location will be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
If you have a pre-paid space but for any reason cannot make it to a market, you may TRANSFER your paid space to another vendor with the same product selection. Transfer requests must be emailed and approved at least 48 hours in advance.
Notify 6zero7 of any special requests to be near restrooms, arrange handicapped parking, or emergency contact in case of medical conditions.
Once you have filed our registration form at localvendorconnection .com ** YOU ARE HERE ** you will not need to re-apply to participate in new or upcoming events; Details for all upcoming opportunities will be emailed to all registered merchants as well as posted to our EVENTS tab at 607Connection.com - offering event details, directions, flyers, and other resources. We do our best to offer a variety of merchandise, to not repeat industry types and allow only one vendor with specific items for sale during each small market. Please do not display items that have not been listed on your application or that have not been approved alternatively. No weapons, silly string, or age restricted items may be sold.
