If you can no longer house the animal being fostered or adopted from P.A.W.E.R - the pet MUST be returned to us. You are morally obligated by fostering/adopting, to the pets best interest. Fostering must be a commitment to the pet, and we expect communication on progress or issues that arise. We will provide items needed for foster care. Adoptions- These pets were raised in our homes. We will, for the cats/kittens lifetime, take them back into our homes if you can no longer care for the pet. Do you agree? *

PAWER - Providing Animals with Emergency Resources attempts to give an honest evaluation of any cat/dog based on our assessment or that of the source. Should you encounter any behavourial concerns, please contact us so we are able to work together to resolve the issues. All cats/dogs are non-transferable. We adhere to a strict INDOOR ONLY and NO DECLAWING policy. All applications are evaluated without bias. We evaluate based on the needs of the cat/dog. Applications are not guarantee of acceptance.
