FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
*
This field is required.
The festival introductory fee will entitle you to a 10FT x 10FT space-if selected. All work must be of original design and produced by hand. Artists/crafters must provide their own display equipment, including canopy, tables, and chairs. The Bay Ridge 5th Avenue BID is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your work. Application constitutes a commitment for the duration of the show, rain or shine. No refunds will be given. The Bay Ridge 5th Avenue BID has the right to reject and/or remove from the show any work at their sole discretion. Generators are not permitted at any booth. All sales and/or activities must end by 6PM. Merchandise, displays, and equipment must be removed from the blacktop by 6:30PM. Use your judgement as to when you should start your breakdown (If you have alot of small items you should start packing before 6PM). Litter should be swept into the street. Sanitation will use mechanical brooms to sweep the blacktop. Do not sweep into the street after sanitation passes your location.
