The Circle Work is an Advanced Laboratory:
This week will be potent medicine to help change the course of your life.

Acceptance into The Circle Work is based on a number of factors, including participation of pre-requisite work.

If you do not currently meet the pre-requisites we will offer guidance on pathways to your participation.

The only exceptions to the pre-requisites will be experienced embodiment teachers in other modalities.

• All of the information disclosed in this application will be kept confidential.

• We will review each application in the order received to determine if we feel this experience is for you at this time.
• Space is limited to 36 participants.
• If your application is accepted you will then receive registration information. We will also communicate with you directly if we feel it is not the ripe time for you.

The Circle Work is an advanced Immersion with The 360 Emergence.
It is a mandatory pre-requisite that you have attended
an online Immersion in real time or an in-person Immersion with Kate and/or Amber to participate.

If your only experience is watching an online Immersion on-demand, you will need to need to complete one of the steps below in order to meet pre-requisites.

The only exceptions to the pre-requisites will be experienced embodiment teachers in other modalities.

There are pathways to The Circle Work.

Between now and November we invite you to attend any of the following Immersions to prepare you for participation in The Circle Work:

FEELINGS - Boulder, CO

The Compass + FEELINGS - Costa Rica

The 360 Compass - Argentina

You may also attend an online or in-person Committed Series or an in-person Lab with Kate and/or Amber. Please introduce yourself before the Lab or Committed Series begins so they can meet you in person and know your intent to participate in The Circle Work.

You may also pursue 1:1 work with Kate and/or Amber in order to qualify for participation.

This is a group program and our focus is to provide a therapeutic group setting and ensure the well-being of both individual participants and the well-being of the entire group.

As part of our registration process, we collect medical disclosure information from each participant. This, along with all of the registration information, will be held in confidence.

We kindly request that you disclose, with as much detail as possible, any relevant information concerning any known past or present physical, emotional, or mental health issue, injury or condition. If we have any questions we will contact you. In some circumstances, Kate and Amber may request a participant provide written clearance from their medical doctor and/or mental health care practitioner authorizing participation in the immersion before confirming the reservation.

Please note that if a participant requires intensive medical or psychological care during the immersion staff may deem it necessary to seek off-site medical or psychological professional assistance. It may also result in a participant having to leave the immersion if the safety and or well-being of the participant and/or the group is jeopardized. If this occurs, departure costs will be the responsibility of the participant and there will be no immersion refund issued.

Included in the purchase price is a 25% non-refundable and non-transferable fee.
Prior to August 15th, if you need to cancel for any reason, illness or emergency
after you have registered for this event, the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.

After August 15th, if you need to cancel for any reason, the difference between your total purchase and the 25% fee can be applied toward the payment of any future Online or In Person event with The 360 Emergence,
(where applicable).

Any credit must be used within 18 months of cancellation.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be effective.
