    • The following terms and conditions are required to be accepted for our insurance to be valid and also ensure the safety of its users and spectators.

      The digital signature you provide is accepted "as good as" a wet signature. The person filling out this form accepts the role as the competent person in control of equipment use and therefore accepts the liability for any injury or damage caused by misuse or not following the rules.

       

      BOUNCY CASTLES & SOFT PLAY

      All castles have a maximum number of users at one time. This number can differ dependent on size and design of castle. This number is clearly marked on the castle and should be adhered too to prevent overcrowding, injury or damage.

      • While in use, child users and equipment  should always be under supervision by an adult

      • No shoes, boots, flip flops, sliders or any other footwear should be worn at any time by anyone using the equipment, inflated or not. This includes soft play

      • Age groups and sizes of users should not be mixed at anytime 

      • No food or drink should be consumed on the equipment at anytime 

      • No users wearing make up or face paint should use the equipment

      • Smoking or fires on or near equipment are prohibited. This includes fireworks and BBQ's 

      • Equipment should not be used by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol 

      • Gymnastics or acrobatics should not be practiced or preformed on any equipment or provided safety mats

      • Once the castle is inflated and secured, it should under no circumstances be moved or switched off unless incase of emergency. A castle should be completely evacuated before being switched off

      • An under inflated or fully deflated castle should never be entered by anyone 

      • Any injury caused by misuse or failure to follow the above rules is not covered by our insurance

      • Any injury or accident should be reported to us immediately and not after the event. Any incident reported after, will not be covered by the insurance

       

      DAMAGES AND CANCELLATIONS

      Any damages caused by the misuse or failure to comply with the terms may result in additional charges after the equipment has been inspected. Damages can result in the complete replacement of a unit which can be up to the value but not limited to £1000. These cost will be required to be paid by you, the hirer, and you can be taken to claims courts.

      Damages can include, but are not limited too

      • Scuffs, rips and tears

      • Holes, pericerings and burns

      • Bulging or staining 

      • Missing or broken items

      Cancellations by you, the hirer may result in the loss of any deposit paid. Cancellations due to weather will not result in the loss of deposit. Deposits will be refunded at the time of cancellation. Weather conditions can include but not limited too, high winds, excessive rain or extreme temperatures outside HSE quidelines. Weather can also affect our ability to deliver equipment which may result in a cancellation.
