  • This form is the first step in the group class registration process. Payment for classes will be billed through Square at time of confirmation by Autumn.

    No fees are required to request a spot.

  • Classes are 60-minutes and start on-time.

    Each class includes recommended practice between classes with a review of demonstrated or practiced skills. 

    Anyone who is a prior Steady Dog Training class alumni is welcome to drop-in to current classes for a refresher, space pending. Contact Autumn to let her know you wish to be added to a drop-in waitlist.

  • Scheduling Infomation

    Dog Training classes are weekdays only, between 10a - 2p

  • Vaccine Certification

    For training and consulting taught and led by Steady Dog Training, LLC:

  • I further certify that my dog is current on the following vaccines: 

    • rabies
    • distempter
    • bordetella (aka kennel cough)

      *Puppies must be up-to-date on your veterinarian's puppy vaccination Schedule, as applicable.  Rabies vaccine is not typically given prior to 4-months of age

  • A copy of current vaccination (photo of vet record) is required to be emailed at least 24-hrs prior to your first class.

    Please read the following before booking.

  • :: Scheduling Policies ::

    -- Any changes to an established training schedule need to be made and confirmed by Steady Dog Training by text or phone call.
    -- Cancellations require 24-hours’ notice or 50% cancellation fee may apply.
    -- Same day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

    :: Weather Policies ::
    -- In the event of inclement weather, training will continue as scheduled.
    -- When Fairfax County schools and/or Fairfax Government closures are occurring during scheduled training time, training will be re-scheduled.
    -- In the event of state of Emergency, all training is canceled without additional fees.

    :: Payment & Refund Policies ::
    -- Payment balance is due at time of service unless prior payments have been made or future payment date has been agreed upon over text message or email confirmation between owner and trainer.
    -- No refunds will be made for services rendered.
    -- Returned Checks will incur a fee of $30 to cover the bank's fee, plus an additional $20 service fee for any and all returned checks.
