  • Note: Implementation of this Change Request requires a sufficient balance of CR hours in your account to cover the estimated effort. If no CR hours (or, where applicable, PS hours) are available, the request may be delayed until additional hours are purchased. Please contact your CSM or Account Manager for details.

  • For clients who have more than one instance- is this change relevant for other instances?

    Remember: For file delivery -providing a sample file is a prerequisite for adding new tables. Please make sure to include the table headers and mention in the comments to which folder the file will be uploaded.

  • Attributes can be added to activity history only if the calculation is min / max / sum(+)/ minus(-) (i.e. ratio can't be added to activity history - For more information about activity history click here)

    Historical update default:

    • Basic attributes - no historical update (from implementation day forward),
    • Activity history attributes: Up to 3 months back

    Please note a sanity check can be requested when making changes to an existing attribute within your instance. If requested, the customer data engineer will provide a distribution of updated attribute values for review before implementation to ensure accuracy and expected behavior. This process helps prevent unintended discrepancies in how data appears on the site. Deployment will be paused until confirmation is received, which may introduce additional time before the update is applied. Please consider this when planning your deployment timeline.
