    My name is Dani and I am the head makeup artist & CEO of the Look Beauty Studio. I can't thank you enough for taking interest in booking a one on one appointment with me, I'm excited to work with you!
  • Before we start let's go over booking information and policies!

    DEPOSIT

    The Look requires all guests to put down a non refundable $35 deposit at the time of booking. If this fee isn't submitted with your form your appointment will be cancelled automatically. If this happens more than once you will be blacklisted from booking.

    *The deposit will not be used to cover our same day cancellation fee*

    CANCELLATIONS

    The Look requires at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, NO EXCEPTION.

    Same Day Cancellation Fee : $35 (A phone call must be made)

    Saturday Same Day Cancellation Fee: 50% of the scheduled service.  (A phone call must be made)

    No Call/ No Show: 100% of the scheduled service.

    WHEN YOU ARRIVE

    You will take the elevator to the third floor of the studio. When you first enter you'll check in with my assistant, once she confirms your appointment you will be seated in our waiting area where you'll be given a waiver to sign, this must be completed before I can start your appointment.

    Every appointment begins with a 15 minute consultation in my office. During our consultation session we will discuss everything you included in this form and any additional info or changes you would like to add before we begin. Any price adjustments if needed will also be discussed during this time.

    ARRIVAL TIME : BEING ON TIME IS CRUCIAL!

    This not only benefits myself but, you as well. If you know you're going to be late, you MUST call the front desk and let them know that you would like to cancel. This will count as a same day cancellation and the applicable $35 fee will be issued. If you fail to call the front desk we will issue our no call no show fee. Not paying your required fee will result in being blacklisted from booking at our studio and further legal actions will be taken. 

    PAYMENT

    Payment will be taken care of by my assistant at the front desk. Our studio accepts all valid cash, credit,debit, cash app, venmo, zelle and Apple pay methods.

    Gratuity is never required but, always appreciated.

    HOUSEKEEPING

    Children are not allowed in the Look, unless stated otherwise.

    Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the establishment.

    *Refreshments and light snacks will be offered to you during all services*

    Masks are REQUIRED!

     

  • THE OOC PROCESS

    To make my job easier and ensure that we’re both on the same page please take a moment

     to read over this document for all of the OOC information you will need!

     

    BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

    All bookings with The Look Beauty Studio must be made at least a week in advance from the date the services will take place on. For example an appointment that will take place on December 22nd must be booked on December 15th OOC. This will ensure we have enough time to take photos and get them back to you before the date of the scheduled appointment. Appointments take place Tuesday - Saturday  (unless stated otherwise by the booking calendar) Once you have selected the date and booked through the Setmore portal, you will receive a confirmation email with one of the Look’s luxe satin robes included either same day or one business day from the time of booking. Once you have received this email from us you will need to get your sim trays to us between 1-2 business days or the appointment will be canceled and the spot will open up for the next client.

    Sims should be sent with at least two outfits. One being the clothes they would wear to the appointment and the other in the robe you receive in the email from us. If they will be heading to a big event feel free to send them dressed in that outfit as well for the after pictures. For the outfit with the robe please leave them bare faced for all makeup services. 

     

    NECESSARY CC ONLY

    Please keep your merged content to a minimum. 

    The cc being sent with your sim should only be what is necessary for these items to show up.

    Please create these outfits  in the everyday category and clear out any cc in the other clothing categories (active,party, sleep etc). Keep in mind I will be applying the makeup myself once I receive them, going off of the comments and inspo pictures you submit to the form so please remember to keep them bare faced in the outfit with the robe. If they are also receiving hair or nail services, please send the hair and nails of your choosing with them for the final outfit and after pictures.

    Once I have received your sim I will do their makeup and send you a preview to make sure it fits the vision you have. Once you confirm the makeup I will go ahead and rip your sim in sims ripper and start working on screens. Please keep in mind that makeup service screens will ONLY take place in blender, I no longer take in game client work pics.
