A candidate who wishes to make an appeal must submit an appeal in writing to the APAC Board within thirty days of receipt of notification of a failing score report. What date did you receive your notification?*
An appeal may be made by an APAC candidate for any reason, including the following. Please choose one:*

the APAC Board’s interpretation of standards including candidate eligibility from the time of candidate inquiry or the filing of the initial application through the time of conferring of the credential;exam administration procedures;testing conditions severe enough to cause a major disruption of the examination process;exam score based on exam content and/or keyed item responses;the APAC Board’s interpretation of standards required for renewal;other (please explain in detail below).

The APAC Appeals Committee will meet within 30 days after the end date of the appeal period. Notice of the Appeals Committee determination shall be provided to the Appellant by email within 10 business days of the decision.

The Appellant then has 30 days from receipt of the Appeals Committee determination to file a written appeal with the APAC Board. The appeal shall be considered at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the APAC Board. Notice of the Board determination shall be provided by email to the Appellant within 10 business days of the Board meeting. The APAC Board’s determination shall be final.

Results from the APAC exams are confidential and are handled in accordance with Policy #1 of the APAC Standing Rules and Policies.
