Hello! so a little bird tells me you're interested in a shiny new tattoo? How exciting, before I can get to the fun bit I just need some details to help me.
In order to help me streamline the booking process, please fill out any relevent information I may need for your appointment below. Please be as specific and detailed as you can so that I can accurately quote you with prices. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help. Please also allow up to 5-7 days max for a response.

If there is a cover-up involved, please take a well-lit photo of the tattoo, area or scars that you would like covered as well as some area around it (absolutely no judgements here either!). Also please note how old the tattoo/scar is in the description box. I may ask you to pop in for a consultation just to ensure what you are requesting is do-able. There is no charge for consultations.
Placement*
(forearm, calf, etc. Be specific.)
Tattoo Size*
Please guess size in cm or inches, palm or hand sized or something relatable such as A4/A5 paper.
Style*
Fineline/kawaii/traditional/stipple etc. If I am not suitable for the chosen style you would like I will usually recommend an artist within the studio who will be able to help you get the tattoo you're after :)
Colour or B/G*
Colour, black and grey, or some mix, let me know.
Description*
Any and all details I might need to know to help me quote this for you correctly.
Please include any images below that will help me see what style of tattoo you'd like. Feel free to include ANYTHING that might help. This can literally be anything from Pinterest mood boards, cartoons, some similar tattoo images (please note-these won't be directly copied), placement etc.
