General Information
- On the day of the event, all services will be performed following a schedule. I ask that you communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared for each individual receiving services.
- Please inform us ahead of time of any time restrictions, schedule changes, or other situations that would affect the timing of services.
- Last minute services requested on-site may be possible if time allows. All prepaid services will have first priority and we cannot guarantee any other services will be completed. Separate payments may be made for individual services, but must be received after completion of service.
- Consider wearing clothing that is easy to remove without disturbing hair or makeup. Professional products and application techniques will be used to ensure longevity. However, if you have any concerns about your style lasting, please communicate this during your styling session. Any issues with hair/makeup once we have left the venue wont be able to be adjusted.
Trial Appointments
- Trial appointment for the bride is included and will be done at Hair Identity Salon Suite, located at 377 Easton Road Warrington, PA 18976. If scheduling your trial appointment around bridal portraits or events, please make sure you allow plenty of time for travel.
- A Trial allows us to connnect and help create your wedding day vibe. This will ensure your wedding session to go smoothly for you and stress free! Please schedule your trial atleast 2 months in advance!
- Trial appointments may be rescheduled once (with at least 24-hour notice) without a fee. After that, a $50 rescheduling fee will be due. Excessive rescheduling or no-show immediately forfeit the event date and deposit.
Travel, Deposit, Fees & Other Information
- There is no fee for on location services within 10 miles. Locations outside of this area are subject to a travel fee.
- If an additional stylist/artist coverage is needed I can usually provide one. Please allow atleast 3 months in advance so I can get a team for you. An initial $150 deposit is required to hold your event date, this deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason and is due at the time of trial.
- Should you for any reason choose to not go forward with wedding day services, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Your package total is due in full before, during or after services are completed the day of your wedding. Designating someone in your bridal party for this is recommened. This way you dont have to worry about it on your big day!
- Gratuity is always appreciated at the time of your service and is not included in your estimate.
- In the event there is less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, no refund will be given on any amount paid.
- Touchups will be done after makeup and hair application is completed on all who are receiving services as needed. Returning to the venue for photos after the ceremony can be accommodated upon request. There is a $50 travel fee +$50/ hour.
Photography & Images
- I would love to take photos the day of your Trial and Wedding to showcase for other brides!
- In the event our timeframe does not allow for this, providing photos you feel beautiful in on your special day would be appreciated.
- Client agrees to the use of images from Hair Identity for advertising on websites and social media. If you do not feel comfortable sharing please let me know during our trial together!

Makeup pricing is without the application of lashes. I highly recommend lashes for bridal party makeup, it helps complete the look for pictures. If I provide lashes (individual or strip lashes) a $20.00 Application Fee per client will be added. If you would like to provide your own, a $10.00 Application Fee per each client will be added.
