    Ever wanted to make one of those fancy charcuterie boards but feel like you might need a little creative assistance and direction? We are so excited to announce that The Nosh Box and Cider Hill Farm are teaming up to bring you an amazing series of events for the 2024 season! Join me for one, two, or all seven workshops at Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury, MA!

    Each workshop will focus on creating a charcuterie box centered around a farm fresh ingredient that is grown right here at the farm and in season. You will learn which cheeses, meats, and crunchy snacks compliment the particular produce in the best way possible. You will also learn different ways and techniques to display each component that makes up a perfectly delicious charcuterie; sure to impress everyone when you present your creation at your next gathering!

    Each ticket includes the following:

    • A reserved spot at the selected workshop(s)
    • A 10X10 box meant to serve approximately 6-8 people when completed
    • A serving of farm fresh ingredients (type depends on workshop date)
    • Cider Hill Farm Honey
    • Cider Hill Farm Jam (flavor depends on workshop date)
    • A detailed shopping list to help create a perfect charcuterie box (designed for one-stop shopping)
    • All accessories needed to add the perfect details to your box:
      • Miniature honey dipper
      • Serving tongs
      • Miniature serving forks & spoons
      • 1 oz. bowls
      • Cheese labeling flags
      • Miniature soft cheese spreader knife

    In addition, each station will be set up with a cutting board, knife, paper towels, gloves & a personal sized trashbag. 

    For your convenience the farm store will be open and available to you for all of your charcuterie shopping needs from 8am-6pm every day leading up to the workshops, as well as the day of! While shopping at the farm store for all of your ingredients is certainly not required, it is encouraged! 

    In addition to having the fabulous farm store and farm fresh ingredients at your disposal, a farm staff member will be available for the first 30 minutes of each workshop to pour hard cider for those of you that are 21+. This is a cash bar and is an additional cost not included in the workshop. The cider will cost $6+ per glass.

  • *Please note - cancellations are accepted 10 prior to your event with a full refund. If you cancel within 10 days of your event and your spot cannot be filled you will only receive a partial refund.*

  • Important things to note:

    • Class spots are limited and are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. 
    • Your spot will be officially reserved upon receipt of payment.
    • Payment is accepted via Venmo or Check (select from the options below).
    • You will receive your shopping list within 10 days of your event via email.
    • Cancellations are accepted up to 10 days prior to your event with a full refund, if your reservation is cancelled 10 days or less before your event, and your spot cannot be filled, you will only receive a partial refund.
    • Cancellations can be sent via email to noshboxma@gmail.com 
    • There will be no alcohol for the November workshop and only purchased, pre-poured hard cider will be allowed at the other workshops.
