  • Thank you for your interest. Make sure you read this form in full and fill out to the best of your ability.

    I will only be taking on a handful of clients per month based on projects we both can agree upon, preferably larger projects that take multiple sessions but not limited to that.  My main focus is on detailed black and grey work (fine line/stipple work), bold solid black work, and the tried and true traditional designs with a limited bold color pallet.  


    Once your submission is approved, you will receive an email with perspective dates and a timeline of how many sessions your project may take.  If you are traveling from out of town, I will make special concessions to fit your needs.

    Existing clients need not fill this form out and can contact me directly for appointments.

  • Please allow time for me to sort through requests before you receive an email from me.  Again, spots are limited at this time and depending on your project, will take time to draw your custom piece.  Please be prepared to put down a $150 deposit that will be applied to the appointment that your tattoo is completed upon.  If you are doing a single days work, expect the deposit applied to that same day.  All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable with the exception of sudden illness/air travel issues.  All missed appointments can be rescheduled in a timely manner if given 72 hours notice.
