1. RECRUITER position is available to anyone 18 years of age or older.

2. Must have potential host do the video audition and send it in to me for approval first to make sure that it is up to par.

3. You promise NOT to use my agency to conduct any fraudulent business activity or have more than one recruiter Account at any time. If you are found conducting any fraudulent business you will forfeit this contract and pay .

4. Must recruit minimum of 5 people a month to be considered a recruiter to start. After you have recruited 5 people then you will be able to receive payments regularly as long as the requirements are met ! They Must pass host auditions and hit a 20k or more tier to qualify for 1sheild in BIGO diamonds or beans!

5 Recruiter is paid the following month on payday once the host makes a 20k tier in the amount of 1 shield equivalent to $20 total . ( host have to hit a tier in order to recieve pay ) Also keep in mind if the host becomes apart of the agency towards the end of the month and is not able to meet the requirements of BIGO which is 30 hours and my minimum of 20k. Then the following month will be their first official month so they have a full 30 days . Then the following month if the requirements are met then you will qualify for pay the next month after on payday.

6. Keep in mind if you recruit someone within the same month and they passed their host audition and the host hits 30 hours and a 20k tier you will qualify for payment .

7. ALL INFORMATION WHILE RECRUITING FOR THIS AGENCY MUST STAY COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL ! ANY DOCUMENTS , OR ANYTHING RELATING TO INNOVATIVE AGENCY CANNOT BE SHARED WITH ANOTHER PARTY . IF FOUND SHARING WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY ! AND ALL AGREEMENTS WILL BE NULL AND VOIDED !
