We are looking for a small business assistant manager to help us with day to day operations at our family friendly attraction in Annapolis. We are looking for someone to help us manage some new and exciting growth opportunities. In addition, we are looking for someone to help us bridge the seasonal nature of our current team. Qualifications: Must be outgoing and able to work as part of a team. Must thrive in a customer service environment. Must love to be outdoors. Consistent weekend daytime hours are required. Salary is $3000 - $4000 per month with bonus opportunities.

What makes you want to work at Pirate Adventures? Do you have any skills that would be appropriate for the job?
The job requires you to work together as a team with your fellow pirates to deliver the best product possible. What experience do you have working with teammates?
The position is seasonal from mid-March to mid October. Hours during the summer months are 8:30 am - 6:30 pm four days a week with weekends required with some flexibility. Spring and fall hours include Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 am - 6:30 pm and two to three days a week for maintenance projects with flexible hours. Does this match your availability? Do you have any dates that you know you will be unavailable during this time?
As part of the job you will be trained to drive a dinghy. You will need to fall into the water multiple times a day and climb back into the dinghy. What experience -physical training or otherwise do you have that would qualify you for this part of the job?
