Participation Options

Choose either the Workstation, Turnkey Booth or Space Only option and enter your desired booth size or quantity. Price includes reimbursement for space rental paid to organizer on Exhibitor's behalf.

All Canada Pavilion participation options include:
• Prime show location and comprehensive overall Canada Branding
• Daily Cleaning
• Individual listing with the show organizer in any digital or printed directories
• Networking Reception at the Pavilion
• Access to the North American Lounge with refreshments served throughout the show

Workstation:

Includes a fully furnished 4.5 sqm turnkey booth, with the items listed in the description. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.

Turnkey Booth:

Includes a fully furnished 9 sqm turnkey booth, with the items listed in the description. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.

Space Only Participation:

The Pavilion Space Only participation option includes access to all Canada Pavilion services.

 

Please note: The Pavilion Space Only participation option does not include cleaning before and during the show, fees associated with electrical consumption and hookups, security, fire extinguisher installation fees, nor does it cover other fees levied by the show organizer unless specifically stated in the submitted registration.

Space Only Exhibitors who choose their own contractor for booth construction within the Canada Pavilion must submit specifications, including floor plan and renderings, to B-FOR for approval at least 45 days before opening day.

Corner Location

Please indicate your desired number of corners. There is a 10% premium per requested corner. Because of the limited number of corner locations, all corner requests may not be honored.

Corner locations are only available for Turnkey Booth and Space Only Exhibitors.

 Additional Information

Marketing Fee:

Each main exhibitor will be charged a €700 Marketing Fee, billed directly by the show organizer.

Co-Exhibitor Fee:

Each additional sharing booth partner and registered co-exhibiting company/organization you have in your stand is required to pay the Pavilion Co-Exhibitor Fee in addition to the show's fees:

There is a Pavilion Co-Exhibitor fee of €75. The Co-Exhibitor fee will be invoiced after Co-Exhibitor Registration is received.

The show organizer will charge a Marketing Fee of €700 per registered Co-Exhibitor, billed directly by the organizer.

Only registered Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors will be listed in Show Directories and have access to the Canada Pavilion services. A separate registration form will be made available to add co-exhibitors.

Terms and Conditions

By checking below, we agree and consent to the Terms and Conditions, including the provisions that if, for any reason, we cancel participation and a written notice is received by B-FOR by January 31, 2024, 25% of total booth cost will be incurred, after which date no refunds will be made, and we are bound to pay 100% of all fees paid and due. Any reduction in booth space or participation category after an Application has been submitted will be treated as a cancellation.
