This is an application to teach in the children's ministry at North River, and thank you for volunteering to serve! You only need to complete this form if you haven't taught at North River within the last couple of years. This information will be used for the purposes of protecting the children of our program. Our children’s safety is a top priority, and a thorough screening of all teachers and other Children’s Ministry volunteers is one important step we take to accomplish this goal. We’ll follow up after we have had a chance to review your completed form. If your application is approved, we will conduct a brief screening interview with you, at which point you may clarify or expound upon anything listed here. I will not use my phone, I will dress appropriately, I will be on time, I will not sit and talk with friends, I will not use foul language, I will get a sub if I can't make it, I will not teach the children anything apart from our faith community standards, and will make every effort to share the love and life of Jesus with the children even if I am not yet a disciple.
