Birthday Party Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting a birthday party at the Keep Calm Sensory Zone. Please complete the Birthday Party Agreement so we can pencil in your birthday party onto our events calendar. We will then send you an invoice through Square for a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your party date and time.

Inclusive Environment: * The Keep Calm Sensory Zone is an inclusive environment designed for all children and their families regardless of their ability or disability. The Sensory Zone will be open to the public while birthday parties are going on. If you wish to secure the entire place for your party please discuss appropriate costs with the Special Events Coordinator.
Deposit: * To secure your party date and time you will need to submit a $100 non-refundable deposit. If you need to move the date of your party you can transfer your deposit to the new date but there will be a $25 rescheduling fee added to your final bill (unless it is a result of an emergency or sickness)
Event Time: * You will have the party room for 2 hours from the start of the reserved time slot. * Your party start time will be for guest arrival. They will be directed straight to the party room. If you arrive late, you are ONLY allotted the 2 hours that you reserved. You are not allowed extra time after your reserved party time in the party room. *Your guests can enjoy the Sensory Zone throughout the designated party time as well as afterwards until the Sensory Zone closes.
Damage to equipment: * If there is any damage to any Sensory Zone equipment as a result of your party using the equipment you will be subject to a property damage fee to replace or repair that item.
Set Up/Clean Up: * You will be able to arrive only 30 minutes prior to your party time for setup of the room. If you arrive late, you are ONLY allotted the 2 hours that you reserved. You are not allowed extra time after your reserved party time. No Glass Items Allowed. * Clean-up of the room will begin promptly at the end of your 2 hours.
Decorations: * Balloons are allowed as decorations. All balloons must stay in the Party Room during the party to avoid conflict or choking hazards. * Peanut products are NOT allowed at the facility due to allergic reactions. * Alcohol is not permitted on site or at birthday parties. Glass is not permitted. * Only candles on the birthday cake are allowed. Glitter, Confetti and anything hung from the ceiling are not permitted. * Nails, staples, glue or any like materials are not allowed on any walls. Painters tape or command strips are acceptable. Glass is not permitted.
Final Count/Payment: * We will contact you the week of your party to confirm your guest count. If any additional guests enter the Sensory Zone for your party above the children guest count included in your package, the additional fee per child will be $15. * Final payment is due on the day of your party. Please connect with the front desk staff to close out your bill.
