Fundraising Request Form - Student Groups
Per MSOE's Charitable Gift Acceptance Policy, all gift solicitations must be approved in advance by University Advancement.
- This form is used to initiate the review, approval, and administration of all gift solicitations planned or managed by MSOE student groups.
- Requests must be approved in advance by the Student Group’s advisor and an affiliated department chair or division head, and should be submitted by the advisor. If an Advisor is unavailable, an affiliated department chair or division head may submit this form. University Advancement will not accept requests directly from student groups.
- This form must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the proposed fundraising effort (i.e., 30 days prior to engaging in any solicitations or communications that commit MSOE to fundraising-related activities).
